When In Doubt... Revise, Revise, Revise

Dear Silly Miami Attorney,
I am sad. Sad and disappointed. What am I sad and disappointed with, you ask? Why, you, of course. I just finished reading about how you revised your highly entertaining counterclaim to Take 2's lawsuit against you so that it's less than half as long and nowhere near as funny. Not only that, but you're not sticking to your guns: nowhere in this revised document is there any mention of racketeering claims, nor are there any personal stories discussing how Take 2's vast conspiracy has terrorized your family. I was also sadly let down when I saw that you did not mention Scottish programmers and their single malt Glenlivet habits... because, frankly, that was a highlight for me when I first read it in the original document.
GP’s review of federal court documents over morning coffee reveals that Thompson filed an amended document yesterday revising his answer to Take Two’s complaint as well as his counterclaim. The new countersuit section, surprisingly, makes no mention whatsoever of the RICO allegations. ...Also not mentioned in the revised complaint are GamePolitics, Joystiq, Kotaku, Penny Arcade, GameSpot, Spong or any of the other game media which Thompson’s original complaint alleged had “collaborated and conspired” with Take Two.
By the way, we're all a little offended that GayGamer wasn't mentioned in your vast conspiracy network. Especially since we helped break that story regarding the "homosexual sex" in Bully you originally ranted about when you first filed the counterclaim.
Let's just hope you were entertaining at the Take 2 shareholder meeting today because you forgot to ratchet back the crazy and instead went nuts at the microphone.
Best,
Boy of Tomorrow
