Be One In A Million in the LOTRO Open Beta

If you need a break from playing World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade (yeah right), then you might want to know about the open beta for Midway and Turbine’s Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. Its makers tout it as the “one game to rule them all," and are offering a massive open beta on April 6th to over a million players. The beta will also allow characters to advance up to level 15. The game, based on the books (not the movie license), will be released on April 24th. Although we’ve been enamored with what we’ve seen so far (here and here), now we can get our grubby hands on the open beta and see for ourselves what the hype is all about. Although the license is hugely popular around the world, will over one million really be in line to play this game? Only time will tell...

Loving my Burglar Hobbit.
Lot of people dislike that Hobbits are one of the classes(only are four, mind) that can tank. But as said, the game is based upon the books, not the movies.
And we all know how bad-ass the hobbits can be, from the last chapter in Return of the King. Mhm.
i was in the beta for a while now, the game sucks. plain and simple.
"If you need a break from playing World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade"... Then don't play this game... it is more of the same.
