Eric Roberts Will Play Creepy Guy in Batman Sequel
Actor Eric Roberts (and estranged brother of a certain Julia), who’s most recently been in NBC’s Heroes (playing -- what else -- the creepy guy), will join the cast of the The Dark Knight movie. The sequel to Batman Begins has hottie-tottie Christian Bale reprising his role as the lead, with Christopher Nolan also returning to direct. Roberts will play a mafia kingpin, and shooting is slated to start in June. As my friend Adam so adequately put it: “I hope he’s a kung-fu fighting mafia kingpin who turned to crime after he and the American team lost to the Koreans in the martial arts championship to end all martial arts championships.” Me too!
