Alone In The Dark 2, The Movie, The Revenge, The Return Of Crap
While Mr. Boll was schmoozing in Cannes to promote his new movies, Far Cry and Postal, he announced that he is lining up a sequel to the 2005 film Alone in the Dark. The movie will begin shooting this summer in New York, with a stand in director. At least he’s giving the director’s chair a break for a second. Maybe this mystery person will do a better job than Uwe’s Balls. Lord knows he or she can’t do worse.
I’m still amazed people are buying his movies. The original Alone in the Dark sold 1.1 million copies. Are nerds that desperate to watch an abomination that they would actually purchase a copy of his movie? Everyone knows his movies are utter nonsense. I say save that $20 and buy something worthwhile, like the StarCraft Battle Chest. You know that Battle.net will be hopping will fanboys gearing up for the release of StarCraft II.
