Blu-Ray Warhawk Gets Extras And A Public Beta
Sony had previously stated that they will release Warhawk on the PlayStation Network and on Blu-ray disk. Now they have revealed that the Blu-ray version of the game will come packed with some fancy extras to justify the higher price. The Blu-ray box will include a Bluetooth headset and some extra video footage like a making-of featurette, and hopefully some other unannounced extras.
Also, the public beta is going to go live on May 24th, so Sony-philes can sign up at the Warhawk website.
I’ve been impressed by what I’ve seen of the game so far, and am interested to see how smooth the massive multiplayer gameplay functions. This will be a flagship test of the capabilities of the PlayStation network, so hopefully Sony can deliver this time. They really need to hit one out of the park with this title.
