Crisis Core Should Be Quite Lengthy

I know there are a few of you Squeenix fanboys and fangirls out there who have been eyeballing the PSP because of the prequel to Final Fantasy VII, Crisis Core. Allow me to sweeten the deal a little more. I know you like your games like I like mine, lengthy. Well fret no more chickadees. According to a recent interview with the Crisis Core team, the main game will boast 30+ hours of gameplay. For completists, expect to be glued to the screen for a robust 100 hours of gameplay. Director Hajime Tabata has claimed that " tackling additional side-quests and collecting all available Materia will further extend the gameplay experience to over 100 hours total." Now the game is about 90% complete and the team is working on compressing the game to fit on one UMD.
The title is set to hit Japan in September with a US date yet to be released.

I don't think I'll be getting a PSP for this game...
I've been dissapointed by Square far too many times lately. Kingdom Hearts II, Final Fantasy XII, every Mana game as of late... I've jumped ship in terms of favorite RPG developers (Atlus!), but not systems.
No PSP for me.
actually, I think I am going to avoid this game completely due to a lack of interest. =/
*continues to pray for a high-end, 3-D Final Fantasy VI remake*
Yay for super sexy and super long handheld RPGs with excellent production values!
I...WANT...THIS...GAME!
And I have a PSP. :P So I can get it to. I love Square. ^_^ I love all their games. I guess I'm just nuts. But I do!
