GameJew and StarFox...Forever

The lovely GameJew posted this video and it brought back a flood of memories for the original Star Fox (with SuperFX!) on the SNES. I have to say, my favorite stage from that entire series is still Armada from the SNES. That battle was one of the most epic and satisfying stages that I have ever played in a videogame. I even loved Venom, after you kicked the living pooh out of that damned Phantron (I think that's right) above the planet. Awwww, 'twas the Golden Age of gaming. SO, what are your favorite memories of Star Fox? Even today, I'll pop in Star Fox and make a run through the whole thing...a masterpiece, I tell you. A true masterpiece.

That game truly was a religious experience. I wish I still had my copy, but alas it was lost in one of the many moving experiences my family underwent while dad was still in the military.

That said, I used to play the bejeezus out of that game...and not because at 15 I thought Fox was hot (he was just a little puppet thing back then...aah, memories...).
Truly one of the best games ever, topped only by it's N64 sequel/remake.

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
