GayGamer's XBLA Pac-Man World Championship Team

I'm proud to announce that we have gathered a crack team of Pac-Man players to enter the big XBLA Pac-Man World Championship. The members of Team GayGamer are:
- Tavares M.
- Richard G.
- Scott M.
If you want to join the team, it's not too late. We have two slots left and there's still nine days to make your high score. And don't forget, we will provide you with your Pac-Man download, but you have to enter the competition and post your scores on the site.
To make things a little more interesting, I'm going to give a special prize to whichever member of the team has the highest score when first part of the competition ends May 9th.
So join me in wishing good luck to all the members of our team in the comments!

Good luck guys! Do your best! Lets get a win for the GBLT crowd :D
Ganbatte yo!
I'm wishing you the best, show those guys how fruits handle grabbing their fruits!
Congrats kids! If my pac man skillz were up to snuff I'd dip in too, but an epileptic monkey could play better than me I'm afraid.
i'm currently #49 (i dropped three places while i was at work -_-') with a top score of 93310. i'll keep plugging away at it.
Right now I'm #73 with 70460 points. (My gamertag is BillyTheBanana.) I'll comment here again if I make any big leaps above that.
@Tavares: I'm guessing you're Beat GG?
yes Richie, i'm Beat GG, all the other handles for the Jet Set Radio character were taken, or at least the one's i could think of.
holding the #10 spot, but just barely, my top score is currently 123080.
I think they reset the leaderboards since I last checked. I'm now #21, and Tavares is down to #16.
Update: My new high score is 329920, which puts me right now at #6.
I managed to get my high score up to 990760 (SOO close to a million! oh well), which ironically means I'm still at #6. I need to be one of the top 2 in the U.S. to make the finals, and I don't know if I am or not. Only one person above me has United States listed in their gamercard, but there's one user (mrbigwig) who has no country label. So I'm either 2nd or 3rd, depending on where mrbigwig lives. The contest ends tomorrow at 7 pm Eastern. Wish me luck...
Well, I was close but way off. mrbigwig turned out to be Canadian, but two people from the U.S. passed me, and I wasn't able to increase my high score yet again, so I ended up 4th in the country. I must say I was getting a bit excited about the possibility of representing Gay Gamer at the finals (with a free trip to New York), but I'm happy with the result, considering I'd never really played Pac-Man before this.
Anyway, thanks, GayGamer, for "sponsoring" us. Maybe next time there will be a Geometry Wars tournament. I'd be all over that.
well you got a lot closer than i did, I also had trouble figuring out what country mrbigwig was from. i also had questions about how the other regions were being represented, since the only countries that appeared on our board were from the u.s. canada and japan.
at any rate, great job Richie, and thanks again to gaygamer for sponsoring us :D
