Manga Fighter Coming To North America
OnNet USA and OnNet Korea are bringing their manga-themed massively multiplayer online shooter to the wild shores of North America. Manga Fighter will pull players into a three-dimensional manga-style world where you'll choose from multiple combat modes, customize your characters to be as adorably deadly as you like, and then kick butt in fast, intense combat. Pew! Pew! Pew!
To be one of the very first folks to play Manga Fighter, which comes out for the PC in the second half of 2007, check out the teaser site and sign to receive info about the game - I'm not quite sure how that equals playing the game early, but perhaps a demo or somesuch? Says Manga Fighter's production designer, Kevin Sugimoto:
“Signing up for this program will allow users to get an inside look at the game as well all the latest news. You will also be one of the first to play Manga Fighter."

Manga Fighter - the latest news

San Jose, CA May 15, 2007 – OnNet USA and OnNet Korea announced today that they have reached a licensing agreement for Manga Fighter in the U.S market. Manga Fighter is scheduled to be released in the U.S. in the second half of 2007.
“We are very excited about the release of Manga Fighter and we hope that everybody will get a chance to play this great game. The U.S. will be the first country to experience Manga Fighter.” stated Kevin Kim, CEO of OnNet USA.
OnNet USA created a teaser site that will showcase a trailer of in-game play as well as some of the features that will be available in Manga Fighter. The website also has a section for people who wish to sign up to receive exclusive information about Manga Fighter.
