Penny Arcade's Tycho: Have A Bite!

The new Georgetown Liquor Company, a vegetarian retro-gaming bar just south of Seattle, has immortalized one of the Emerald City’s favorite gamer sons, Tycho Brahe (aka Jerry Holkins) of Penny Arcade fame, in that most flattering and fundamental way: They’ve named a sandwich after him. In good company amid a pantheon that includes the Spock, Sleestak, Yoda, and Darth Reuben, the menu offers:
TYCHO : Garlic-roasted portobello mushroom, grilled red onions, mozzarella cheese and baby field greens finished with roasted roma tomato aioli toasted on ciabatta. - 7
MmmMmmm, nothing says scathing gaming commentary like grilled red onions and ciabatta bread. I can already see the pilgramages heading down to the GLC during this year's PAX to have a bite of Tycho (hold the mayo). And, by the by, beer, vegetarianism, and retro gaming... who put that together?

Of course with Holkins, they have to ingredients with needlessly long names.
Well now I have to drag my ass down to Georgetown to try one.
A vegetarian-gaming bar? Talk about a niche consumer base...
