Puzzle Quest 2 Is Down The Line

Several members of our Castle, and many of our subjects have been singing the praises of Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords. The game was released on the PSP and the DS to great critical and public acclaim. Now the developer Infinite Interactive is already talking sequel.
We have enjoyed creating (and playing) Puzzle Quest so much that I think we wanted to start on a sequel the day the game was released. The right thing to do, though, is to spend some time gathering ideas, discussing new features, and listening to our customers before we dive right in and start work on a sequel. But I can almost guarantee that, barring the most unfortunate Act of God, you haven't seen the last Puzzle/RPG hybrid to come out of Infinite Interactive.
The publisher D3 is claiming that Puzzle Quest is one of their key franchises. “Absolutely do not count out the possibility of an amazing sequel to this remarkable game”
It seems like they really have a hit on their hands. Infinite Interactive has a few more puzzle hybrid games coming down the pipeline like Galactrix: a Sci-Fi/Puzzle game hybrid that blends space sims with puzzle elements. Also as we reported before, Puzzle Quest is making it’s way to the Xbox Live Arcade. So if you are one of the few people who haven’t played this marvelous game yet, you should try it out for PSP, PC, DS, or Xbox 360. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
