Sin City Heads To Consoles

Robert Rodrigues’ stylistic adaptation of Frank Miller’s Sin City burst onto the screen in 2005 to critical acclaim. The film was a dark, gritty exercise in ultra-violence painted on a film noir canvass. It only seems natural that the source material would be adapted for a video game. Red Mile Entertainment has taken the helm and confirmed that they have acquired the rights to make games based on Frank Miller’s Sin City graphic novels.
"Sin City enjoys a broad and devoted following. Its crime noir settings, richly detailed characters, hyper-real action sequences, and engaging stories provide an outstanding groundwork for video games," said Chester Aldridge, CEO of Red Mile Entertainment in a statement.
I’m hoping they keep the color palate of the mostly black and white graphic novel for the game and use a cell shading engine for the presentation. I’m thinking something that would look like a slick, refined version of Killer 7.
