Behold: The 8-Bit Drum Kit
Let's be honest about something: geeks tend to embrace different hobbies to obsess about. Comic enthusiasts are often involved with visual arts, mathematicians tend to embrace mathematics, and I know a lot of of science geeks who love music. Oh, and every one of those nerdy types love gaming... well, they do in all the circles I run with. Anyway, the music dorks I associate with are probably going to wet themselves when they see this drum kit from Phattie Drums. It's retro, cool, and dorky all at once: a winning combination in my book.

What a bummer, I was actually expecting a set of samples from 20-year-old consoles for use as percussion.
