The Church Of Gaming Exists... Sorta

If you haven't been reading Ctrl+Alt+Del comic story about Ethan's "Church of Gaming", I would recommend you start from the beginning in order to familiarize yourself with the concept before you read any further.
OK, are we all caught up now? Good. Now, funnily enough, I thought I would look up the proposed website in the most recent comic... mainly because I was bored and I didn't have anything else to do last night. Anyway, I discovered that the site exists, but is sadly lacking in content. Currently, I'm not sure if this site's been created by Tim Buckley or if it's a fan project, but I can only hope we get to see tons of entertaining commandments and illuminations in the near future.

The link has an extra bit of html on the end,
The whole concept of a church of gaming is kind of offensive. Not because of an implied insult to religion. Because of the insult to gaming.
Religion is boring, dogmatic, ritualistic, inconsistent, and authoritarian. Are any of these things something we want involved with gaming? Even as a joke, it falls flat.
It just begs the question, wtf?
The CTRL-ALT-DEL comic passed the line into annoyance long, long ago, which is why it's near the bottom of my comic list.
Hahahahaha, that made me laugh quite a bit. I wonder when are they going to make T-shirts, buttons or something of the sort so that I can wear it and have an answer next time someone asks what religion do I practice~
Now this religion is the type I would love digging into!
Im pretty sure it was done by tim, it was up the same day as the comic, and the book is like identical.
"Religion is boring, dogmatic, ritualistic, inconsistent, and authoritarian."
Sort of like fanboys rubbishing each other on a web forum, no?
Tim is basing it off the bible. The point of the bible (supposedly) is to make peace and set rules. As a gamer, have u NOT been pissed of by annoying retards online? Or are you one of those afore mentioned retards. Read his few most recent comics. Yeah, they may be silly, but if gamers listen to his religion not as a religion, but more of a gaming handbook, I could easily see a better world for us all. Hell, he already mentioned the futilty of battling out between the consoles. I think all gamers should listen to that man, and even more, all PEOPLE. Gaming is rather like a simplified version of the world as it is. Draw the comparisons for yourselves, but it can be seen.
