What are you playing this weekend?

Yo! Noid

After finally wrapping up Super Paper Mario completely, I'll be focusing my attention on Twilight Princess and Final Fantasy X for the weekend. Last weekend, I sent my NES off to have it's connector pins replaced so my games will start up like they used to, so I might hear back from them and switch over to playing Yo! Noid or something. I also managed to pick up Super Mario Land (GameBoy) and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages (GameBoy Color) for me to play on my GameBoy Player adaptor for the GameCube. Thank goodness it supports progressive scan 'cause it sure looks rough without it. So I may dabble in those two, as well. Wow, looks like my weekend will be a Nintendo weekend. What's yours look like?

Thats my plans so between the CS:S, Generals: Zero Hour, UT2k4 and HL2: DM I might also sneak on to my 360 and give Forza 2 a go.

I'll be taking it back a few years. I should be playing The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King and possible Hitman Contracts.

Killzone multiplayer, it's intense, and Hitman: Blood Money, just because of the outlandishly violent creativity, like throwing an explosive suitcase at someone!

Dragon Quest VIII for the PS2 will be occupying most of my time this weekend, although I've got Zombie Revenge on the Dreamcast and Advance Wars: Dual Strike on the DS ready to go when my friends stop by tomarrow.

I went to a local used game retail chain named Game Trader here in the New Orleans area. They have a guy that repairs the NES, including replacing the connector pins. You might want to check out similar retailers in your area, I've found this kind of practice to be common. ...or just ask them if they know someone/place that will do it.

I used to go to Game Trader when I lived in the New Orleans area. I think the one I used to go to was in that movie The Runaway Jury.

I doubt I'll get any gaming at all in today, but I'll be visiting my family tomorrow and I'm sure someone will bust out Wii Sports.

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
