Wife Swap Looking For Gamers
Reality television, for lack of a better description, is the devil. Not the fun kind of devil, either, like the ones we see in movies (you know, with the tuxedo and sometimes played by Al Pachino). No, I mean that reality television is the devil in that, by and large, it sucks away at our intelligence and leaves our remaining brain cells screaming in agony. We also know how I feel about ABC's programming in general. I'm just saying all this so no one can accuse me later on of hidden bias.
ABC's (apparently) popular reality show, Wife Swap, is looking for gamers to apply to their program. Why? I don't know. They didn't say. My guess is that they're going to take the female equivalent of JT and then put her into the middle of a gadget-ridden household, one complete with violent videogames on hi-def TVs:

...Potential families can live anywhere in the United States, but we ask that families who apply consist of two parents and at least one child, ages 6 or older, living at home. Families featured on the show receive a $20,000 honorarium to thank them for their participation. If you recommend a great family that ends up on our show, ABC pays you get a finders fee of $1,000.
I'd recommend going on Trading Spouses instead: they pay $50,000 to each family and there's always a chance that you could get Marguerite Perrin to come to your home.

Word of warning
There is an episode of wife swap not shown in the US with a gay participant they sent to redneck land, and the poor guy was almost killed. The entire town was almost literally hunting him.
