Details Emerge On Final Fantasy XII "International"

Frankly, I'm offended that they even title these games "International." Seriously, what is that about? The word implies that it is spread across the world, from nation to nation. So why is it, that these Final Fantasy special editions are only available in Japan? Ok, so I didn't really do my homework on this, maybe it's available in countries other than Japan, but it's definitely not in the US! The game offers dialogue in both Japanese and English! And we have got to be a huge portion of the big SE's profit margin. Right?
Ok, enough ranting. This day is full of disappointment and I'm taking it out on the gentle and innocent Square-Enix, and that's just wrong. New details are finally up on the Final Fantasy XII International: Zodiac Job System that we'll never get our hands on... *ahem* Contrary to earlier belief, the changing of jobs does not change a character's oufit, rather just the abilities that can be attained on the license board. It's the same old cast of Final Fantasy jobs (time mage, archer, etc.) but there have been new ones announced as well: Breaker, Gunfighter, Uhlan, Shikari, and Mononufu. Lord know what a shikari and mononufu are, but the uhlan is a spearfighter.
Also included is the cutscene in which Penelo is kidnapped by evil bounty-hunter Bangaa, which was present in the US version and oddly not in the Japanese. I'm curious how they progressed the story at that point... Maybe they don't get everything first! Hey, I'm starting to feel strangely uplifted!

But is it going to have English text too?!?!?
I haven't bought FFXII yet so if it does, this will definitely be the version I put down my cash (or rather credit card) for...
