E3 07: Super Mario Galaxy Trailer And Press Conference
Yes, a new trailer just for E3 that showcases more crazy intergalactic planetary Super Mario Galaxy action for the Wii! This trailer seems to remind me more of those stages you had to go through when Mario would have FLUUD (the water powered backpack) stolen from him in Super Mario Sunshine. Anyways, those were levels I really loved but my b/f absolutely hates them to no end. As for what I see of the gameplay, it jsut looks very strange...or maybe it's just that it's totally different? ...and what's with the Bumblebee (did you know the Dumbledore in Old English means bumblebee?) outfit?! That's awesome and I must see more of it! Hopefully that costume along with the Boo disguise signals the return of oddball costumes with strange abilities, something we have not seen since the days of Super Mario Bros. 3.
Tomorrow Team GayGamer hits up Nintendo and we hope to get some hands-on experience with the game. So, stay tuned! Make the jump for the same trailer, but narrated by Tiny's one true love, Reggie. By the way, you can expect to see Mario traversing the Galaxy on November 12...of 2007.

Getting more and more excited for this game. Nov. 12 seems so far away!
It looks super fun, even to a manual-dexterity deficient gamer like myself.

I was a little skeptical the last time they posted a gameplay video, and I did roll my eyes a little bit during the "haunted mansion planet" part of this one, but overall, this looks so, so awesome.
Every time a 3D Mario game comes out I'm always saying: "When will Nintendo learn that what people really want is just a 3D version of Super Mario Bros 3?".
Well, it looks like Nintendo is finally coming close to that by including fun power ups like the Bee suit and adding more bosses. Galaxy is really starting to look good, please, don't let this game turn out like Mario Sunshine.
