E3 07: The Sims: Castaway

simscastaway.jpg

Sit right back and you'll hear a tale, the tale of a fateful trip, that started from this tropic port, aboard this tiny ship...

Think Gilligan's Island meets the Sims and you'll pretty much have a good idea of what The Sims: Castaway is like. Your Sims become shipwrecked on a desert island and must forage for items to build huts and contraptions to make life easier in your new found island home. Monkey's can also be befriended to help you out and will find important food and construction items for you. Nothing like a good monkey butler! You can also choose how you want to appear, adopting a clean shaven "Lost" style, or if you prefer, a raggedy Robinson Crusoe look. The game looked like a lot of fun and quite a departure from your average Sims game. And yes, you can still have a relationship with a same sex partner!

So, haul out those palm fronds and helper monkeys and head on down to your own private island in The Sims: Castaway!

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
