Frank West In Lost Planet: Coldproof Bulge
My main man Michael McWhertor of Kotaku fame had good news earlier in the week for fans of the PC version of Lost Planet, which gets a big ol' patch on July 20. In addition to an over-the-shoulder camera option (those are popping up all over the place...is asymmetry in viewpoint the new light bloom?) and "wide" camera option, there will be available for download the PC Map Pack #1, with Radar Field, Island 902, Hive Complex and Trial point.
Also in the patch, Capcom gives us Mega Man, Lost Planet's Joe, and last but certainly never least, Dead Rising photojournalist Frank West as playable characters. And as you can so clearly see, Frank doesn't need to bundle up against the cold... thank Jeebus.

Oh my goodness. I'm embarrassed to admit that the inclusion of a scantily-clad Frank West is almost a reason to buy a game I'm otherwise disinterested in. Almost. For the nonce these screenshots should keep me warm though a cold winter's night.
Hellz yes! Now if only my laptop could hope to run the PC version of that game...
they owe it to the 360 users everywhere to patch this in.
