Halo 3 To Feature 4 Player Campaign Co-Op
Previously, news broke that Halo 3 would very likely not have online two-player co-op for its campaign. Turns out that was a half truth:
It’s time for us to sack up and tell you what’s what regarding online co-op.So you were probably wondering why we didn’t want to commit to two player co-op online over Xbox Live. We certainly got plenty of mail asking, no, demanding that we make it happen. Of course we were working on it, but we were also working on something better. Not two player co-op. Not three-player co-op, but up to four player co-op. Online. On Xbox Live, or sure, System Link if you prefer.
That is correct – up to four player co-op in Campaign mode on Xbox Live or System Link.
I have to admit, I found it very odd that Halo 3 would likely not feature this option, but I am very pleased it will be included. Are you? Follow the link for more information.

Awesome, now I actually have a reason to play a Halo game online, instead of just playing the single-player game.
this is the first time ever i have even thought of purchasing Halo. Those Bungie guys are sneaky bastards...
