Roger Avary Won't Go To SIlent Hill WIthout His Christophe

A good sequel to the film adaptation of Silent Hill is looking less and less likely these days. First came news that director Christophe Gans was simply too busy to work on a followup. Now, screenwriter Roger Avary, says this:
"I'm not gonna do Silent Hill 2," a pause, maybe to renege on that comment, then an assured, "If Christophe's not gonna do it, I'm not..."
That's a shame. I was truly hoping for another sequel form the same director and screenwriter (although an admittedly tighter plot/script would be nice, too). Gans totally nailed the feeling of Silent Hill. Maybe in a few years we'll see one come along, but I don't advise you to hold your breath for it.

ROGER AVARY SAY'S NO TO SILENT HILL 2.
Roger Avary say's that he will not return to write the script for Silent Hill 2 if Christophe Gans doesn't return.
Well sometimes they don't like what they hate so the Silent Hill movie will still be in development.
Gans is working on another video game to film with Onimusha and he has Lesley Krueger and John Collee writing the script down that they should leave the script and Gans should hire two Japanese
script writers Choko Sakai and Hirohisa to write the script for the film.
Onimusha should be film in China and Japan and Davis Films and other Japanese
film companies will produce this film as well.
Thank You.
