The Darkness: Xbox 360 and PS3 Graphical Comparison

GameTrailers has put up a short video juxtaposing the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the opening scene from The Darkness:

They look pretty much the same to me (I also only own a 360, so perhaps I'm just biased). Scrolling through the comments, it seems that people think they look identical or that the PS3 version looks slightly better. Thoughts? Either way, we've been pretty excited for the game over here in the GG castle, so whichever console you buy it for, you'll still come out a winner.

I find the Playstation 3 to be more contrasted when it comes to colors.

I'm running through the game on both systems for a review, and while the PS3 version does look a little sharper, on the whole I'd have to say that they do look pretty much the same.

i agree with most people, The 360 version and ps3 version are almost the same, but the ps3 is a little more sharper.

Looks like Fear. More so, how's the gameplay? Again, screw graphics.

I forget, do these comparisons prove just how awesome the 360 is or just how much alike "real next-gen gaming" really is?

the color saturation seems a bit higher on the PS3 version. glad that's the one i picked up.

re: Cerberus - gameplay's good. it's not a run-and-gun shooter, more methodical, and a much slower pace more on par with RB6 than Halo/Resistance. i keep looking for a "run" button, but no such luck. if you liked Pitch Black, you'd probably like TheDarkness
