Video: Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trailer For DS
Mortal Kombat has been around for quite a while and has made many appearances on multiple systems. Now Ultimate Mortal Kombat arrives on the Nintendo DS with MK Puzzle Fighter in tow. While it doesn't really look like anything new, it could fill that hungry hole the the DS has had for fighting games. Judging from this footage, it doesn't really look like this game will take advantage of the DS's features one bit. That might not be such a bad thing as I doubt how well Mortal Kombat's controls would translate to a stylus. Oh well, it's still good fun and I would like to see more of the MK Puzzle Fighter, too.

I still loathe MK, which is probably why they advertise MK Puzzle Fighter so prominently instead of giving any facts about what to expect from the main game.
Well, I think Puzzle Fighter is a little bonus, but the real selling point for this game is going to be the WiFi.
