Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Multiplayer Beta Coming This Monday
The old pros at Activision gave the good word today that developer Infinity Ward is readying the multiplayer beta test of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for launch on Monday, August 27 at 12pm Pacific. You'll want to visit CharlieOscarDelta, the official site, at noon to grab a beta token and get gritty with all kinds of multiplayer action.
This bellicose beta will give players the chance to money around with the most advanced ways to kill, maim, and neutralize the enemy and each other, and also gives us a sneak peek into the new create-a-class and perk systems.

CALL OF DUTY 4: MODERN WARFARE MULTIPLAYER BETA FAST-ROPES TO XBOX LIVE
Santa Monica, CA – August 24, 2007 -- Activision, Inc . (Nasdaq: ATVI) announced today that Infinity Ward's Call of Duty® 4: Modern Warfare™ multiplayer beta will launch via Xbox LIVE™ on Monday, August 27 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Users can visit Charlie Oscar Delta ( www.CharlieOscarDelta.com) at noon for their chance to receive a token and experience some of the maps and modes available in multiplayer before the game hits store shelves the week of November 5th.

Players will be able to customize their experiences by utilizing new features including create-a-class, player-ranking and the new perk system. " ON MONDAY, ONLY UNITED STATES-BASED XBOX LIVE ACCOUNTS SHOULD BE REGISTERING FOR A SPOT IN THE BETA. If you are not in the United States and you sign up, you will not be able to play on the Beta. Please be patient, as we will get you a Token for your territory as soon as we can!"
