Mass Effects Gets Street Date
Mass Effect, the gorgeous new action RPG from BioWare will be hitting store shelves across the nation on November 20. I got a chance to see some of it at E3 and PAX and I must say it looks quite stunning. Grand space operas usually aren't my thing, but this one looks like something I'll definitely be giving it a try. I have been a big fan of BioWare's past efforts especially Jade Empire, so I'm anxious to see what they will do with this one.

Can I please tell everyone how excited I am about this release date. True, it is essentially like having to wait 3 more months, but now that we finally have an actual date, my obsession will probably just grow. Given their previous history with Jade Empire and, of course, Knights of the Old Republic, I have complete faith in BioWare that Mass Effect will be a totally killer game!
The report in Gamerscore Blog reads:
We just sent a press release out with the announcement of the North America ship date and price for Mass Effect. The game will hit shelves on November 20, with a price of $59.99. ass Effect is rated “M” for “Mature” by the ESRB.
Ass Effect is the AO version sold in adult video stores on Christopher Street here in NYC.
I couldn't ask for a better birthday present.

I agree. This is probably my number #1 reason to get an xbox although I might wait a bit to see if those PC rumors are true. :)
