Objection! Cheap Ass Gamer Gets Served.
For those of you that did not catch the recent podcast from Cheep Ass Gamer, CAG owner and friend of GayGamer, Cheapy D, recently received a subpoena from popular retailer Circuit City in an attempt to gain access to sensitive personal information about one of the site's forum members.
The user, known only as Speedy1961, has been a well known informant for many specials involving sales and promotions. The subpoena specifically mentions a post regarding the PS3 price drop, which was leaked well before anything officially announced.
At this point it appears Cheapy D is lawyering up to do what's "right and legal." You fight the good fight there, Cheapy! Be sure to check out his podcast. With a constantly dropping stock price I think Speedy and Cheapy D are the last things the big wigs at Circuit City should worry about. Oh well when Circuit City goes out of buisness it will be the cags that get the last laugh.
And I had ALMOST gotten over Divx. (Remember Divx? Not DivX, but Divx, the self-destructing DVD that required a special player.)
Ah well, guess I continue not shopping at Circuit City for another 10 years.
