PSP Vertical Game, Anata Wo Yurusanai
It's only a matter of time, when it comes to handheld platforms, that someone makes a game that forces you to use it in a way that hasn't been done before. Frankly, this isn't always successful, but it can have some interesting results. For instance, it was definitely annoying but surprisingly innovative when Kojima forced you to go out in the sun for Boktai. And we all know what game uses the DS in a vertical stance. In fact, most of this kind of thing has been relegated to the DS, until now.
Anata wo Yurusanai (which roughly means "I won't forgive you") has a female detective as a main character, and shockingly, the music is by none other than Nobuo Uematsu! Created by AQ Interactive and due out in Japan in November, you can use the analog stick to hide behind walls as you tail your suspects. Quietly, I'm sure.

I think it means, "I won't forgive you." Or something like that. "Yurusanai" is always paired up with "not forgiving" in sub translations. "Yakamashii" and "urusai" are words that mean "be quiet."
Awwww! Man, way to rain on my parade Kogepan! I was snickering for like 20 minutes. I mean, only the Japanese would create a game about a female detective called, "You Need To Shut Up". The only thing that would be even more hilariously inappropriate would be if it was called "Get Back In The Kitchen".
i looked up "yurusanai" all over the internet to no avail! and i knew what "urusai" meant, so i admit it was a big guess and i went for the funny angle. hence "very roughly... i think." but thanks for clearing that up!
Yeah, Kogepan is correct! ^^ "Yurusu" is the verb meaning to forgive it can also mean to permit or let off. But yeah "yurusanai" is the negative form so I'd generally translate it as "I Won't Forgive You!" I assume referring to the main character not letting her targets escape. ^^
But that's besides the point entirely! lol It looks like a really interesting concept (I'm the biggest Phoenix Wright fan ever so this isn't much more of a leap! ^^) Plus, the music by Uematsu just adds to the awesomeness!
I agree, MuddBstrd, Pirate Prince's original translation was much funnier. :D
