Video: Final Fantasy Tactics Trailer
Alright Final Fantasy fans, here's a tasty little treat for you. A lovely trailer for Final Fantasy Tactics featuring a really beautiful art style that is quickly growing on me. I'm really appreciating more an more games that employee a semi-hand drawn look, something we don't see that much of. Hopefully we will see more in the future, but until then, enjoy the video!

Wow - super beautiful!
The cinemas are gorgeous in this game. It's a damn shame the gameplay lags whenever you take most any action. (Heaven forbid the camera needs to move so an enemy can attack. Ugh.)
This is a very sloppy port by square considering that Disgaea Portable runs silky smooth on my PSP. Hell, the emulation of FFT I put in my custom firmware runs better than the PSP port. They better do the translation right this time, or I'll just stick to my good old PSX game.
Cheapness vs. Supreme Tactics game
GAHAHAHA
fillerbunny9: they're serious about doing the translation right. it's being redone from scratch, and i can't think of a bad translation that's come out of square enix in the past few years (though bad voices are another story.) this game is too important to fans to screw up. plus, the ivalice alliance means the series will be continuing one way or another...
unfortunately, as always, square enix got TOSE to port the game. same people who introduced flaws into valkyrie profile lenneth, the FF/CT ports on PS1, etc. they are not very good.
IMO the cutscenes look awesome...
Fruit Brute: If you're talking about a particular game, you should mention which system(s) it's coming out for. Put "PSP" in the tags, or whatever....
Saw this trailer on GameTrailers earlier today. Absolutely fantastic looking. I love the style. And I love the accents on the english voice actors! Put a smile on my face. :)
Considering that Final Fantasy Tactics is my favorite video game on any system, period, it meant a great deal to me that this port be done right. I didn't want a helluva lot of mumbo-jumbo, shinies, etc. I just wanted the original, untouched..
And I am GLAD they didn't leave it at that.
The cell-shaded look fits this game PERFECTLY, and the voice-acting, albeit from only four actors so far, is SUPERB. Square-Enix is doing something right, I'm tellin' 'ya. Now to actually PLAY it.... It won't come out soon enough....
Beautiful!
I have charished FFT from its release to this day and I cant wait to dig into the new release.
I have no dounts that what was once a silver beacon in the gaming world will be polished to a fine gold.
Gimme!
