Video: Phoenix Wright 3 Japanese Trailer!!! Objection!!!
I love the Phoenix Wright series because even though it can often be frustrating, there is a wonderful sense of accomplishment and true heroism that you feel when a case is finally completed. The beginning can be overwhelming, and I've often put off actually starting a case when it all lays before you, like a particularly complicated Zelda dungeon, minus all that hookshotting. But then you finally hunker down and sit through it, and you're so glad you did. The stories are always great fun and full of surprises, and I secretly have a huge crush on Mr. Phoenix. There's something about a seemingly-dumb guy with a ridiculous hairdo and an obviously large physique under a blue suit--call me kinky. Oh, and by the same token, and Gumshoe is pretty cute too.
The third installment's nemesis turns out to be a guy named Godot (please, spare me the Beckett references...) who for some godawful reason decides to wear a Giordi eyemask in court and Mia and Maya still seem to play a large part, with a whole chapter possibly dealing with a young trouble-making Phoenix who likes dressing up in superhero outfits. Seems like another great game is shaping up here, even if it does make me sad everytime I'm reminded that Mia was murdered. Why must the beautiful and talented always die for a good story?

I've had mine preordered for weeks, I cannot wait for the US or EU release and my previous Phoenix Wright are japanese dual edition too anyway... By the footage on the trailer, it looks like a few support characters are making a return, I don't think we'll see my favourite glam-overdosed magician Max Galactica, but at least we get to play as Mia.

What's a Japanese dual edition? Is it in English and Japanese? Where can I get one? 8) (Time to brush up on my Japanese AND ogle Phoenix and Edgeworth... YUM.)

Both Phoenix Wright games so far have been Japanese/English on Japan. You just select the language on the startup screen. I got mines from play-asia. They are low-priced releases there, because of the remake status, so they are actually a good deal.
