Drawn To Life For DS Now Available
THQ's new DS game, Drawn To Life, is now available to be purchased with your hard earned money. The game allows you to literally draw the hero and let you play with him (get your mind out of the gutter). You will help save "a dying village from the shadow-like evil that has taken over the world." So far, a couple of reviews have given the game high marks, I'll just wait to see a few more before I make a final decision as to pick it up or not. In Drawn to Life, players use the stylus to create their hero and draw in additional environmental elements to help them on their journey through the many game worlds. The release marks THQ's first original property created specifically for the highly popular DS system. Drawn to Life is rated E for everyone and is now available for a suggested retail price of $29.99.

In Drawn to Life, players will help save a dying village from the shadow-like evil that has taken over the world. Players will draw their own unique hero to conquer a variety of different worlds including the Snow Fields, the Deep Dark Forest, the Rapo Islands and the castle of Rapoville. The robust drawing tool contains different methods of creation such as numerous colors and palettes, brush types and stamps that will allow for complete freedom to develop one-of-a-kind characters and game elements. The game also features several unlockable character templates and the ability to save up to two profiles, each with three original characters, and more than 150 drawings. Drawn to Life will also feature the ability for players to trade their created heroes with friends via the Nintendo DS multicard local wireless function.

Oh! I played a demo of that at PAX! I can't say that the whole game is excellent, but the character creation is SO MUCH FUN! I would buy the game just to draw more and more characters. My demo character was a zombie ninja, complete with half of an arm chewed off. :D
