SNK Brings Three Neo-Geo Games To Virtual Console
Leftover news but, like leftover Thanksgiving food, it's still good....at least to me, SNK have announced which titles will be the first to hit Nintendo's Virtual Console on the lovely Wii. In a Japanese press release, SNK has said that the games will cost about 900 points on the Wii while Xbox Live releases will be a mere 400 points with Metal Slug 3 coming soon (it had better have online co-op, a good buddy of mine and I are anxious to play it long distance, we're big time fans). Still, the price would be right for these difficult to find games even though you can find them pretty easily at various locations on the internet.
Anyways, moving on to the first batch of games to be virtually re-released are Fatal Fury (also coming to XBLA), World Heroes and Magician Lord. Now don't hold your breath because these releases are Japanese only...for the time being. Let's just hope it's not September of next year when we finally get to see these gems.
