R.I.P.: DiRT's Colin McRae Dies in Helicopter Crash
The BBC News reported that Colin McRae is believed to be dead following a helicopter crash near McRae's home in Lanarkshire, Scotland on Saturday. The rally champion and technical advisor for the popular Colin McRae Rally game series from Codemasters (most recently DiRT) was known to be a keen helicopter pilot, and was allegedly piloting the aircraft when the crash occurred. His five year-old son, his son's six year-old friend and an adult family friend were on board. Police are still investigating the circumstances of the crash. Our condolences to the families and friends of all involved.
