Playlogic Brings IP To PS3

obscure2.jpg

Ok, so I don't know if it is entirely newsworthy, but the Netherlands based company Playlogic has started developing new titles for the PS3. They are currently most known for publishing Infernal, Obscure II, and Xyanide Resurrection for various consoles in Europe. Little has been said about what they are developing for the PS3, but hey, at this point I'm just glad to see developers jumping on the wagon instead of off.

The real reason that I got excited about seeing this news was the piggy back addendum. Obscure II is being ported to the Wii. Any survival horror title I can get my grubby hands on is much welcomed, even if it's prior was somewhat mediocre. I don't recall seeing the sequel hit the US shores, so who knows if I'm going to see this. The other bit of joy was Simon the Sorcerer 4. I loved the first four titles and all their point and click glory, and I can only hope that they will treat this title with the care that it deserves. Sorry kids, PC title only.
