Princess Bride Game Planned For 20th Anniversary DVD Release
To accompany the release of the Princess Bride 20th Anniversary DVD release, Worldwide Biggies will be including a teaser version of True Love and High Adventure – The Official Princess Bride Game with the retail release of the DVD. The full version of the title will be released exclusively as an online download, targeted towards the casual market.
The Princess Bride, adapted from the 1973 novel by William Goldman and directed by Rob Reiner is one of his finest. Originally released in 1987, it has become a perennial favorite amongst fantasy fans and film buffs alike. The opportunity to play through the adventure with the dashing Westly, and his band of merry cohorts is a welcome one that should appeal to a wide audience.
