Worst Box Art

The forum dwellers over at CheapAssGamer have banded together to show their choices for some of the worst game box art ever created. A lot of them are hilariously bad (early Mega-Man anyone?). Some of my favorites are Phalanx, a side scrolling shooter featuring an elderly man playing a banjo with one of the ship flying across the background. One commenter said he looked just as surprised to be there as we were to see him. Others include Bionic Granny and this lovely Japanese PlayStation title whose name I cannot read, but those two look mighty friendly don't they?
CAG requires you to sign-in/-up, but the process is very quick. It's worth it and you might even find a deal or two that you could use. Have you got any suggestions for games with awful box art?

I believe, if the very wonky katakana i picked up at TGS is any help at all, that the big letters spell the Japanese equivalent of "Athlete." "A-su-li-tsu." It'd make sense, given the, um, picture... Am I on crack?
"Passion! Hot-Blooded! ATHLETES: Crybaby Coach's Diary"
Ico's US cover is some of the worst cover art when comparing it to the beautiful cover art for the Jp/E releases.
Bad Boys: Miami Takedown.
I totally forgot about Chicken Shoot.
Why on earth are they crying?

I actually came across this game while I was in Japan a couple years ago at a bookstore called "Book-Off". It's a great little franchise that sells used books, music, CDs, videogames, and little knick-knacks.
I took a picture of this (Atheltes) cover to show my queer friends back home the golden little gem I found in their used PSX section, after buying myself some second-hand DC japanese titles.
I couldn't read the Kanji, but now that someone already translated it, I kind of wished I had bought the game.
"Passion! Hot-Blooded! ATHLETES: Crybaby Coach's Diary" sounds like a pretty rad game!
