Jack Thompson's Trial Still Going
For those of you who have been keeping an eye on this week's disciplinary hearing for good ol' Jack Thompson, GamePolitics reports that the trial, which could result in Thompson's disbarment, is still going strong. The court cleared it's schedule for the entire week for the trial, and it's likely that it will go into next week as well. The judge has until the 21st to rule.
According to GamePolitics, the only information Jack has released about the trial was a cryptic statement on Wed.
Florida Bar Disbarment Trial of Anti-Violent Video Game Activist Heats Up… Things took quite a turn against the video game industry at Miami attorney Jack Thompson’s lawyer “disciplinary” trial yesterday [Tuesday]. Wonderful details will be disclosed publicly shortly.
No details have been revealed however, so Jack may have jumped the gun on something, thinking he'd made a breakthrough. I've made that mistake so many times in Phoenix Wright. My suggestion is to use Luminol at the crime scene.

NO! He's the one thing that we can constantly depend on in the video game industry! Where there's games, there's jack. He HAS to find a way out of this one!
Note the absence of any cliched, Phoenix Wright-styled objections.
Cue the impromptu disbarment parties in 3, 2, 1...
Every time I read anything about him, I can only hear the voice of Margaret Cho saying, downtroddenly:
Oh, gurl...
"Things took quite a turn against the video game industry" - come on I know he's a lunatic but he can't be THAT delusional? HE'S THE ONE ON TRIAL. God the guy needs help. Seriously.
