Professor Layton III Screenshots And Art, Cute!

Tenshu looks like...like she's got something up her rear. Just sayin'!

This Studio Ghibli-esque game has awesome written all over it. Today, it was revealed that this puzzle-oriented adventure series by Level 5 would eventually cross the Pacific and land in the United States. I couldn't be happier. I love adventure games, especially ones that look this cute. On February 18, 2008, you can look for the first entry to the series, Professor Layton and the Mysterious Village, in the US for the Nintendo DS. After that comes Professor Layton and The Devil's Box, which comes out this week in Japan. The third entry, Professor Layton and the Last Time Travel, whose screenshots and artwork you can see over at Famitsu below, has yet to receive a release date.

This trilogy of adventure games comes complete with an overarching story that I'm sure will be great. Here's hoping that nothing keeps this game from marching onto U.S. shores in February. May this be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. By the way, if that woman above doesn't interest you, I don't know what will. Follow the link for the goodies.
