Uncharted Demo Hits PSN On Nov. 8

The folks at Naughty Dog have been teasing us with trailers and screens of their upcoming jaw-dropper Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Finally we have a date on a demo so we can get our hot hands on the game. Coming to the PlayStation Network on November 8th the demo will drop and satiate our hunger for a little while until the game hits shelves two weeks later on November 20th.
Sony is just beginning to churn out their showpiece games this holiday season. They tested the waters with Lair and Heavenly Sword, both visually stunning and were the two titles that began to scratch the surface of the graphical prowess of the system. Ratchet and Clank just came out and is getting great coverage. The New York Times recently ran a feature on Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, comparing the title to the polish and sophistication of Toy Story and Monsters Inc. Now Uncharted is right around the corner and the bar has been set pretty high for the game to deliver. Hopefully these titles will pull the PS3 out of the terrible slump it saw this year. Even though the past year has been really rocky, any system that can make games that look as good as the titles mentioned above before the 1 year anniversary of the launch, is pretty damn impressive.
