Video: Kingdom Hearts Keyblade Replica Auction For Child's Play
Tis the season for giving. I cannot say I'm much of a philanthropist, and these people make me look really bad. Some wonderful cos-players meticulously recreated the ultima keyblade from Kingdom Hearts II and are now auctioning it off in the name of charity. The site says that both 35% and 100% of the proceeds will be going to Child's Play, 100% being located in the FAQ. Reasoning for this is undisclosed, but the workshop challenged (like myself) may think of giving this little auction a go. I know there are at least a few Kingdom Heart fans among you out there. Please, think of the children.
Specifications for the blade:
48" in length, not including chain.
Approximately 15lbs.
Made of pine, ash, and poplar wood.
Finished with silver, gold, and platinum metallic paint.
Made with over 20 individual pieces.
Handle made from wood dowel.
Comes with official metal Disney lanyard keychain.
