Video: Ratchet And Clank Future Commercial
Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction has been out for over a week now and the critic's response has been extremely favorable, with a metacritic score of 89 and most of the reviews ranging 90 percentile and above. Nearly every critic and player agrees that it is one of the most polished looking games on the PS3, and it worth a play. A common complaint is the easiness of the game, where it's lacking some serious challenge.
Check out this great spot for the game, featuring the PS3 system-blender from Sony's new ad campaign. They tagged the end of the commercial with, "Starting at 399." reinforcing the price drop to entice those who thought the system was out of their price range.
Has anyone out there played Ratchet yet? Feel free to post your impressions below.

I absolutely loved the demo but--despite having a preorder ticket in my wallet--still haven't had the chance to pick my copy up yet. This past week has been crazy busy for me, but I plan to grab the game after work today.
Nice TV spot, by the way. Looks like Sony are finally getting some good advertising up for their games/system.
I've been playing it since release and love it, so far the difficulty (or lack thereof) hasn't bothered me. The game is beautiful and seriously fun to play, and of course the weapons rock (I'm working on getting all of mine to at least V5 at the moment hehe) and I will admit, I sometimes have a lil too much fun with the Groovitron ;)
PS - I wouldn't normally say I'm into Furries....but Ratchet looks pretty hot in HD ;)
Ratchet is hot, but he's got nothing on Jak. That aside, it's a fantastic game: graphics and art direction are amazing, gameplay is fun and not repetitive, and the story is not as bad as some reviews have said.
LOL, I am into furries, and he is definitely hot. ;-) Maybe even hot enough to convince me to get a PS3.

Sorry for the repost, guys. Net connection was going nuts there for a minute.
he looks cute :) for some reason I like the older versions more (I can't figure out why though...)
Course I dunno if it'll bring me to buy a PS3... pushing me in the right direction though :D
