Blast From The Past: Nintendo 64 Fabulousness
Long before customized faceplates and limited-edition consoles, there were different-colored Nintendo 64s. And, as always, there were hysterical ad campaigns in comic books to go along with the latest Nintendo product. Funnily enough, I don't think this particular ad would be family-friendly enough for Nintendo to run these days, not with the wholesome/clean-cut image that they're trying to promote with everything Wii-oriented; that's a shame, because I can totally see a campaign using a similar image, but with all the vikings holding Wiimotes instead of axes.
