GayGamer Week In Review - Week Of 12/17/2007

  • The PS3 firmware was updated to 2.1, bringing support for DivX and Blu Ray profile 1.1, and sneaking in remote play for PS1 discs.

  • Crysis and Unreal Tournament 3 didn't sell so hot their first few weeks on the market. Obviously this means the death of PC gaming, since there could be no other explanation for this.

  • Some people think the Wii shortage could be costing Nintendo $1 Billion. Popularity has its pitfalls.

  • Resident Evil: Degeneration, a CG movie based on the videogame series, got its first set of screens and a trailer.

  • Boy of Tomorrow risked disappointment and his credit rating by ordering a Phantom Keyboard and mouse, then a bunch of fish stuff happen.

  • A Duke Nukem Forever trailer hit the net, and we all could see those ten years of development time were totally worth it.

  • Fruit Brute helped out a mom in need of a Wii.

  • Rare teased Killer Instinct 3 in their holiday card, not because it's actually in production, but probably just because they're bastards.

  • User generated content came to Unreal Tournament 3 on the Playstation 3.

  • Watch the introduction to Super Smash Bros. Brawl if you just can't wait until February.

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
