Killer Instinct 3 On The Way?
Rare, the friendly blokes that they are, have posted a Christmas Card on their website. This adorable looking card features some of our favorite Pinatas and Banjo-Kazooie. You will notice that one of hte stockings hanging form the fireplace mantle is for KI3. One can only assumes that is a reference to Killer Instinct 3, which has yet to be even announced in any form. Could this be a hint that we'll be seeing a new entry into the famed series? I really enjoyed KI on the SNES and KI2/Gold in the arcades and N64. It would be really wonderful to see that series brought back or, at the very least, make an appearance on the Virtual Console or Xbox LIVE Arcade (but then that might get a little tricky). Especially since I still think the theme song is pretty cool. So, is it a teast or a sign of things to come?

One of my favorite figthers. The characters were just so great.
Sabrewulf, Fulgore, Cinder, Glacial, B.Orchid and of course the hunk of manmeat in a loincloth from the second one. They better keep him in.
Could it be that someone has answered my prayers? I sure hope so. I just hope that if KI3 is real, that it's not only exclusive to the 360.
