Draw Me A Diagram: What A PS3 Can Do
While it might come across as condescending, this Sony advert for the 40GB PS3 in the UK is a brilliant example of stuffing your virtual package résumé.
The 40GB PS3 is the result of brutal financial times for Sony and seems to represent its need to cut costs and ride out the bad weather - and although the 40GB model can't grow new buds of hardware, issues like backward compatibility, we hope, will be resolved eventually. In the meanwhile, Sony's gotta move those 40GBs...and that, I like to tell myself, is the reason behind this ill-conceived graphic genius.
Aside from getting three future-forward white arrows out of one optical disc, I can't help but look at the icon for "MP3 Player" and imagine myself pimp-walking across 14th Street with a PS3 harnessed to my belt. Next to my pager.
Word.

So basically all we should want for Christmas is a PS3 now?
No PS2 picture on there? Oh wait, Sony axed that. Hence why I bought a 60 gig used. Sure, my money went to gamestop, which should burn in hell for all of eternity in the fires of death and piles of feces from overweight fanboys, but atleast I didnt help sony by taking more money from them. Um...Hmmm i'm confused.
