Video: No More Heroes Or Blood For Europe
Apparently, it has been confirmed that the latest and greatest thing from Suda 51, No More Heroes, will not have blood in it...in the European version, that is. When Rising Star Games, the European publisher of the title, was asked if this was due to the response of the BBFC to Manhunt 2, the company gave only this one word response, "Maybe." All too much can be told by such a simple answer. GoNintendo was kind enough to post the above video on their site to give people a glimpse of what the European version will look like as it will be just like the Japanese version of the game (Jeebus the gameplay looks like a blast).
Such a sad, sad thing. I hate it when people overreact. What are your thoughts on this and how do you Europeans feel?

Actually, I notice that the article says that the Japanese version doesn't have blood, either.
I actually find it far more telling that the North American version is the only version WITH blood, as opposed to the European version being WITHOUT it.
Not a HUGE disappointment, think of it this way, at least where getting a release of the game. only a little thing really! Am sure the game will play the same.
Unnecessary to censor. More important stuff to censor than blood. I did noticed that there is still blood in the video, but only when the main character is hit - not the bad guys.
I'm a UK gamer and I believe in classification but why do we need censoring? I just no longer feel like an adult with a ratings board deciding what I can and can't play/watch.
As Freezair said, the European version will be exactly like the Japanese (original) version. The NA version is the odd man out, I have no idea why they added blood for it.
Either way, not a big deal
