SCEA Trademarks "Resistance 2"
Man may continue to fall if SCEA's recent trademark application for "Resistance 2" is any indication - in fact, the sequel to Resistance: Fall of Man may come as early as 2008, although that kinda talk should comes with a requisite enormous grain of salt.
I haven't talked to anybody who's expressed surprise that Sony and Insomniac should create a sequel to what many consider to be the best PS3 launch game, but in a season so filled with new games and therefore so predisposed to post-game-release depression, it's nice to hear whispers about future seasons in the world of the game.
