Sony's Media Manager Software Now For Free

With the multitude of media possibilities available on the PSP you would think that Sony would bundle the Media Manager software with the system from the start. Apple managed to release iTunes for complete compatibility with the iPod, with an ease of use that an untrained monkey would understand. It just makes sense, if you have a piece of hardware that's capable of playing all sorts of media, you should make it as easy on the consumer to utilize it to the fullest potential.
Sony has finally released their Media Manager software for free to Japanese consumers. Why they had to "test" it out overseas before releasing it to the rest of the world is anyone's guess. Fortunately once installed the program runs in English, so us westerners can run the program with ease. It is a great program that has a simple click, drag interface that any PSP owner should own. So get a downloadin' and post your impressions below.

Finally! As an untrained monkey, I could not be more excited for this.
Finally is right! How they expected to sell the PSP as a media device when it's so frickin' hard to get videos onto the thing, I'll never know... and as another untrained monkey, I am also pleased.
Nice that they release it for free and all but you can't even use the damn software without registering it online by giving them your personal information! Damn it, Sony! It's pulling shit like this that makes me hate you sometimes...
