Umbrella Corp Makes Forbes List

Somebody over at Forbes got a little punchy when they were developing their year-end lists, because the financial publication has released the list of the Forbes Fictional 15, the list of the (fictional) world's richest characters. No surprise that Scrooge McDuck lands easily at number one, but a couple other videogame characters made a good showing. Unfortunately, one character who fell of the list is Lara Croft, who they say "is missing and presumed dead after her plane disappeared above the Congolese jungle." But Princess Peach herself squeaks in at #15 with a net worth of $1.3 billion.
Heiress to the Mushroom Kingdom nearly doubled personal net worth after terms of divorce from hero plumber Mario awarded her a fortune in gold coins. Said to enjoy tennis and go-kart racing, owns over 600 outfits in the same pink color. But life has not always been easy for Peach, who has been kidnapped repeatedly since childhood by Bowser, king of the turtle-like Koopa race. Trauma evident, say friends; Peach fantasizes that she has ability to float in the air for several seconds; mutters about "Goombas," "Cheep Cheeps," "Bob-ombs." New member.
The shady Umbrella Corportation lands on the list of the 25 Largest Fictional Companies at #14, just behind Globex, but ahead of Wonka Industries!
Company continues to milk extraordinary success of Aqua Cure, an instantaneously acting liquid medicine for open wounds and the key ingredient in first aid sprays, health power-ups across videogame world. Despite vast profits, secrecy-obsessed management continues to insist on housing researchers in creepy mansions tucked in out-of-the-way locales like Raccoon City; morale suffering. CEO categorically denies rumors of bio-weapon development, insists zombie-like pallor of workers is "natural for someone in this industry."
The whole list is really very funny, and worth a read. They put a lot of effort into something that's really just an elaborate joke!

Bruce Wayne's entry was hilarious. The comment about "keeping young wards" was priceless.
Damn, I think they re-edited it. DC are so touchy!
