Video: A Nerd Christmas Carol (Part 1)
I have to give the Angry Video Game Nerd credit where it's due: you could not pay me to play Home Alone 2 on the NES. I learned my lesson when I bought the game based on the first movie (which was terrible) and never even bothered seeing the sequel in theaters, let alone play its tie-in game.
If there's one thing that the AVGN has proven, it's that time does not, in fact, heal all wounds. Sometimes it allows us to forget about them, but some games are so bad that they make us even angrier when we revisit their awfulness. I can only imagine the pain our luckless hero had to undergo in order to provide us with this week's entertainment, especially after having watched the boss battle with the pedophilic chef. However, this week's ending was the best, and I can't wait to see how it continues.
